This workshop will educate the student in the use of this Lean Sigma Planning technique. Hoshin Kanri Planning (also called Policy Deployment) is a method for ensuring that the strategic goals of a company are communicated and shared throughout the company, and then put into action. This eliminates the waste that comes from inconsistent direction and poor communication.
Who should attend?
Staff involved in the long-term deployment of corporate objectives.
Students will be provided with a structured understanding of Hoshin Kanri Planning and it’s use. Practical work will include the development of the organisations Hoshin plan. Within the workshop there will be classroom lectures, workshop activity and individual mentoring.
