Mentoring and Facilitation Techniques for Team Leadership


This workshop will educate the students in mentoring and facilitation for a Continuous Improvement environment.  We give a brief overview of how fundamental problem-solving tools can be used to eliminate problems in a systematic manner and how to facilitate and engage staff for greater contribution to business success.  We explain the role of leaders, their qualities and how they can motivate staff.

Who should attend?

Team leaders and supervisors, junior managers.

Course Objectives

Students will be provided with a structured understanding of Leadership in Lean Sigma, facilitating teams and motivation of staff.  Practical work will include the recognition of team needs, communication and motivation.
